To trust in Christ is to accept the only key that fits Heaven's door.

Pastor Omar S. Galloway accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age. In 1976, he was baptized and became a member of the Bryant Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. James Muldrow. At Bryant, he served as a member of Rosebud Choir, Vice President of the Youth Department and assisted in the Communion Offering.

On August 23, 1986, Pastor Galloway was baptized in Jesus name at the 42nd National Convention of the Pentecostal Assembly of Churches of Jesus Christ in Havre de Grace, Maryland. The next day he received the baptism of the Holy Ghost and joined Greater Calvary Apostolic Faith Church under the leadership of the late Bishop Albert Ford, Sr. In 1987, he gave his trial sermon; as well as serving on the choir, Praise Team, Brotherhood, and the Usher Ministry at Greater Calvary.

On July 15, 1990, Pastor Galloway was ordained into the ecclesiastic order and received his ordained ministerial credential by Pastor Ruth Easter of Rising Mount Zion Apostolic Faith Church.

Pastor Galloway met Brother Jeffrey Dickerson on July 31, 1996 and they committed their life to each other on January 8, 1997.

Pastor Galloway is blessed to have his beloved spouse, Elder Dickerson; two daughters, Jalisa and Jessica; two sons, Maurice and Tyshown; his mother, Mrs. Barbara Galloway and his second mother, Mrs. Ellen Johnson. And he is a proud grandparent of one grandson, Hakeem and one granddaughter, Aaliyah.

"I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth" (Psalm 34:1).
