Pastor Galloway was educated in the Philadelphia Public School System and earned his high school diploma from Dobbins Vocational-Technical School. He is currently studying at the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Philadelphia and majoring in the Master of Divinity program.
On August 23, 1986, Pastor Galloway was baptized in Jesus name at the 42nd National Convention of Pentecostal Assembly of Churches of Jesus Christ in Havre de Grace, Maryland. The next day he received the baptism of the Holy Ghost and joined Greater Calvary Apostolic Faith Church under the leadership of the late Bishop Albert Ford, Sr. In 1987, he gave his trial sermon; as well as serving on the choir, Praise Team, Brotherhood, and the Usher Ministry.
On July 15, 1990, Pastor Galloway was ordained into the ecclesiastic order and received his ordained ministerial credential by Pastor Ruth Easter of Rising Mount Zion Apostolic Faith Church.
Pastor Galloway met Elder Jeffrey Dickerson on July 31, 1996 and they committed their life to each other on January 8, 1997.
Pastor Galloway is blessed to have his beloved life partner, Elder Dickerson; two sons, Maurice and Tyshown; his mother, Mrs. Barbara Galloway and his second mother, Mrs. Ellen Johnson.
